San Diego Blood Tests and Chemical Test Refusal Lawyer

Law enforcement officers use breath and blood tests to determine whether a driver had too much to drink or is too intoxicated to be operating a motor vehicle. Often, drivers do not know their rights regarding refusal of these tests and whether the tests have been administered properly. These test results are often used by prosecutors to convict drivers of DUIs, which will lead to significant penalties of jail time, fines and probation.

Attorney James V. Bickford IV has extensive knowledge of the chemical tests that are used by law enforcement officers in California and will examine their use of these tests to determine if your rights were infringed upon. If the police acted improperly, attorney James Bickford will push to have that evidence thrown out and will work toward the reduction or dismissal of your DUI charges.
